SafegateAI (or its licensors) retains all intellectual property rights over the Services, software, AI models, underlying code, documentation, and any proprietary materials.

Users retain ownership of their Input Data. By providing Input Data, a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license is granted to SafegateAI to use, store, process, and analyze that Input Data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
